From the moment you enter one of Templestowe Orchards’ fully serviced apartments, you are aware of a sense of spaciousness (30.7 sqm approx), gracious living and good design. The apartments are individually heated and the quality curtains, carpets and fittings complement the individuality and homely comfort of your own furniture and personal effects.
The apartments are finished in subtle pastel tonings featuring a built-in robe and tastefully appointed en-suite with specially designed safety features.
There is provision for the preparation of a light snack with tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator is provided in each apartment.
Breakfast can be taken at whatever time you wish in the comfort of your own apartment; all other meals are served in the dining room with a choice of menu for the evening meal
Residents are welcome to invite guests for a meal or to celebrate special occasions with their family. Family and friends are also able to stay overnight in your apartment with you, or for a longer period should you so desire.

A cleaning and laundry service is provided weekly by our experienced staff.
The emergency call system reassures assistance is available from the staff on-site 24 hours per day. Each apartment has an emergency call button in the bathroom and an emergency call function on the phone next to the bed as well as a portable pendant.
At Templestowe Orchards the friendly, caring staff provide the support for residents to maintain a comfortable level of independence and self esteem in the company of other residents, without the pressures of maintaining a home or unit. Additional care and personal assistance to meet specific needs is available if required.
