Templestowe Orchards Lodge Serviced Apartments is registered as a Supported Residential Service (SRS) and is regulated under the Health Services Act 1988, Health Services Act 1998 and Health Services (Supported Residential Services) Regulations 2001. As such TORL is regularly audited by authorised officers from the Department of Human Services. Voluntary Community Visitors also visit our premises and monitor service provision and are available to residents as independent advocates. |
